Our Feasibility Studies
Investing in a project is a big decision, and it’s important to ensure you have the right information and guidance. On that note, our team of experts can provide the in-depth analysis you need to ensure your project is viable, and that any potential risks have been identified.
Our feasibility assessment will provide you with a thorough and comprehensive report to help you to assess budgets, using the appropriate demolition methodologies suitable for the site.
Our study will help you to understand how feasible your project is and the various options that you have available to you, especially when it comes to complex sites where there may be restrictions, hazards or phased dismantling to consider.
We have a network of demolition estimators which we use to apply real time costs which align with genuine methods of work the contractors will propose. We would develop the method of understanding the Site constraints (like stakeholders, operating infrastructure, asset considerations etc.) so that realistic programmes can be developed that an estimator can apply costs to.
Our Feasibility Studies
While the report will be tailored specifically to the site, it will typically include (this is not an exhaustive list as it will depend on your project:
- Carry out a detailed survey of the site to review the available options understanding the site constraints to achieve the best value for the Client.
- During the site visit, our engineers will compile a detailed materials inventory which will provide the Client a better understanding where the costs and credits are
- Understanding of potential resale of plant and equipment
- Considerations that you need to take account of in terms of hazardous materials and waste management
- Remediation requirements
- Project management recommendations for the project in question
- Any Environmental Health and Safety considerations and permits that you will need to take into account
